Definitely not! Some begin nutrition coaching after a lifetime of poor eating habits and extreme mindsets about food. After a few weeks, they see a shift in their relationship with food.

Will I get a meal plan to follow?
Yes, meal plans are part of the program. Meal plans can be very useful for most people to give you an idea of the meals you should be including daily.
However, when people stray from their meal plans, they can feel negative, guilty or like they’ve failed. Food DOESN’T have to be this way. And it shouldn’t be.
Therefore, you are encouraged to follow meals plans the best you can and allow for some meals to be intuitive.
