Online Coaching Subscriptions
All online coaching subscriptions are auto-renewed monthly and paid in advance via Stripe. The minimum term is one month.
Stripe will send you confirmation of your subscription and details of when the next payment is due. Your login will be your email and password you set at the time of sign up.
You can cancel at any time during your subscription by cancelling your auto renew mandate in Stripe this will stop the auto-renew. You can continue to access the online coaching service until your current month expires.
For upgrades and downgrades, if you have any issues accessing the content or are unhappy with the service, please contact [email protected]
Personal Coaching Session
A contract with terms and conditions regarding conduct and expiry times between Behind Every Runner and the client will be issued before training commences – additional terms and conditions will apply. No Refunds given for unused sessions. All sessions require 24 hours’ notice to cancel without being charged 100% fee.
Security
Whilst Behind Every Runner takes every precaution to protect your personal online security, Behind Every Runner cannot guarantee the operation of the site will be secure, confidential, uninterrupted or error-free. In using the Behind Every Runner website, you will not hold Behind Every Runner responsible for any breach of security, unless such breach has been caused byBehind Every Runner’s negligence.

When placing a booking, or attending a class, you are obliged to provide Behind Every Runner with your name, email address and phone number. Behind Every Runner may ask for more information than this, in order to improve our services to you, but you are under no obligation to provide more.
