Performance coaching for youth athletes (aged 12+), focusing on technique, movement skills, posture and running form to maximise young athletes personal development and potential. The coaching may include physical conditioning based on the athlete’s needs, tailored to their growth status. 

Each session will be engaging and fun and designed to put the athlete at the coaching centre. The coaching will help athletes increase their performance in other sports that require speed, endurance and agility, such as football, rugby, triathlon, hockey, etc.

Athlete welfare is a priority, and parents are encouraged to work with the coach to help foster a positive training environment. Your coach will conduct each session in a safe training area and parents must be present throughout the session. 

Michelle holds a safeguarding certificate with UK Coaching and DBS is certified.
